A flexible mechanism of cube pavilions and raised footbridges define public space, add the services lacking from the part of town, create a new identity, and make Väike-Õismae a desirable destination that is connected to the rest of the city – in an engaging and intuitive way. A catalyst for evolution, rather than ‘revolution’/ demolition; a new way of looking at the Väike-Õismae masterplan that is successful in a lot of ways and has to be updated to suit the needs of the 21st century.
